This website is dedicated to the promotion of photographic portfolios and limited editions related to photography. photoPORTFOLIOS.fr is a platform where Sellers and Buyers can conclude a sale. photoPORTFOLIO.fr acts as intermediary and does not conclude any sale in its own name. Thank you for taking note of the Terms and Conditions of use. When ordering through photoPORTFOLIOS.fr you commit yourself to accepting these terms. The documents, information, photographs, graphic elements, and generally speaking material of any nature reproduced on the site photoPORTFOLIOS.fr can only be reproduced for strictly private ends. They cannot be reproduced nor modified, be it against payment or free of charge, without express written authorization from the agency /VS. Any reproduction of any kind would constitute a counterfeit and give rights to damages and interests The services offered by photoPORTFOLIOS.fr are free for the Buyer. A contractual offer arises when a Buyer has placed an order and the Seller has accepted the order. photoPORTFOLIOS.fr cannot be held responsible for any work displayed on the site which is eventually not made available by the Seller. agence /VS aims at presenting the Buyer with the work of interest, either in the agency offices, or in the Seller offices. After informing photoPORTFOLIOS.fr of your interest in buying a specific piece of work, or after the agency has presented you with a piece you wish to acquire, an official order will be placed. The latter will include all necessary information related to your order: title of the work of interest, full description, reference number, the quote given to the Buyer before tax and price including tax, as well as delivery costs. Finally, it will include all necessary information related to the Buyer (surname - first name - full invoicing address and delivery details) as well as payment terms. The invoice will be raised by the Seller or by photoPORTFOLIOS.fr. The piece of work acquired will be directly handed over or sent to the Buyer by the Seller or by photoPORTFOLIOS.fr. Delivery will take place by registered mail or Express delivery at the expense of the Buyer as detailed in the invoice. Outside the European Union the Buyer is fully liable for checking all legislative and tax requirements related to the import of pieces of photographic work in the country of delivery. Prices listed on the website exclude tax, the final price, including tax and delivery costs will be confirmed by the Seller. The Buyer will be notified of Postage Fees by the Buyer before validation of the order, and may vary according to the means of transport selected. Transportation fees need to be added to the price of the actual work and will be detailed in the invoice. Payment can be made by check or bank transfer. Upon receipt of payment, shipment will be made within a period of two to three weeks. Upon request, photoPORTFOLIOS.fr. will keep you informed of the delivery status. The Seller or photoPORTFOLIOS.fr. cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen or out of control events. The acquired piece of work will carefully be packed but it is the Buyer responsibility to check the good state of the work once delivered and to notify all parties of possible reserves in the event of damage. The Buyer will have two days to send an official complain by registered mail to the transport company, with copy to photoPORTFOLIOS.fr. The Buyer will have seven days after delivery to return the work, at their expense and risk, in the original packaging and with the related invoice. Reimbursement will be made within thirty days of delivery of the piece of work in the state it was originally received. photoPORTFOLIOS.fr is committed to preserving the privacy of the Buyer. When ordering pieces of work on photoPORTFOLIOS.fr, only e-mail and postal information relating to the payment will be forwarded to the Seller. The Buyer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided when registering and placing orders. In the event of dispute or claim, the Buyer can primarily contact photoPORTFOLIOS.fr who will take the greatest care in finding a mutually amicable agreement. In the event such a solution cannot be found, any litigation will be carried in front of the relevant court of jurisdiction. The contract is subjected to French Law.
